Edmonton Metro - TOD Station Area Plans
/ Don ArambulaCrandall Arambula prepared a full range of transit facilities and transit-oriented development planning services for the City of Edmonton.
The station area plans have been adopted and additional implementation services have been provided by our firm to determine the ‘business case’ for public expenditures to stimulate short and long-term transit-supportive development. In addition to station area planning for existing station areas, Crandall Arambula also provided a ‘Transit Academy’ study guide and facilitator manual, and development regulations for the entire light rail network and bus corridors. This guide provides citizens, developers, design professionals, and city staff with a fundamental understanding of transit systems, TOD, and how it should be applied in a variety of local settings.
